If the Maine Public Utilities Commission announces its final approval of fully executed contracts (not bidder selections or term-sheet awards) under the Northern Maine Renewable Energy Development Program covering both a transmission line into ISO-New England and at least 600 MW (nameplate) of northern Maine renewable generation delivering over it before Jul 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
